“Your name is a diamond; make sure it shines”

What I think that this quote means is that you are able to shine when you do something that you know that they would like someone that they know that no one else have been. They want that person that they know that they can trust and you are able to shine like someone that no one else has been before. So make your name the only one that shines and not let anybody else do what you know you are able to do.
