Distance Education: Is a Virtual Classroom for you?
Part 1
You may not want to take a class that your high school doesn’t offer. Under some circumstances, you can still enroll in the class- through distance learning.
Distance education means taking a class without being physically present where it is being taught. Internet-based technology lets students participate in lectures and class sessions online from almost anywhere.
Some high schools agree to recognize distance-learning credits when they don’t have the resources to offer a course themselves. Distance education is often used to increase options in rural areas and for AP® courses. For you, it might mean doing self-tutorial at home in the evening, or participating in a class that is 1,000 miles away, along with other high school students. Check with your school counselor to see what’s available.

“You must never be fearful about what you are doing when it is right.”
-Rosa Parks
What I think that this stamen means is that fear is only when you know that you will get someone wrong out of it. But if you know that they are doing the right thing then there is nothing to fear because it is the right!

Additional Tips
Although working and going to school is challenging it can be a rewarding experience if you use some foresight. These tips can help you handle the situation and make the most of your time:
·       Discuss your plans with your family. Balancing the demands of school and work is easier with their support.
·       Start slowly: don’t commit to working a lot of hours immediately.
·       Avoid time conflicts by planning your class and work schedules as far ahead of time as possible.
·       Use your time efficiently. You can use 10 minutes waiting in a line to go over a few pages of assigned reading. If your job has a lot of down time and your boss has no objection, you can use slow periods to do schoolwork.

·       If you commute to your job on public transportation, bring your schoolwork with you so you can work along the way.

·       Be flexible and willing to make sacrifices. You may have to cut down on some other thing you might like to do because of your school and work commitments.

·       If you have too much on your plate, admit it. Then cut back as needed.

·       Schedule relaxation. Everyone needs some down time to stay happy and healthy

Spring Break
During this spring break I happen to do a lot. But I guess it wasn’t in these state it was in Mexico. I had a lot of fun because I visited my family in Puebla. In which I had not seen in three years. I visited Veracruz to go get in the river. We also did what we had to do in Huehuetlán, Puebla. I guess this are the days I will never forget.

An Olympics player named Marion Jones won 3 gold metals and 2 bronze in the 2000 Olympics, but a few years later she had to give up those metals and go straight into jail for being under the impression of athletic drugs.

Reflection: I think Marion Jones should be put in jail for her actions because she had done something so wrong I think no one should be able to do and she had disobeyed that rule of the Olympics. She also had a choice which they are no regrets.

He reminds students that “the activities and courses students choose wary considerably, so it’s important for young people to keep their individual situation clearly in mind.” MacGowan continues, “for example, student’s actors should allow for the fact that they won’t have such time during performance sessions. Student athletes need to remember the times of the years of the year that they’ll be tried up with games and practice. Other students who are in classes that make considerable demands outside of the classrooms must keep that reality in mind.”

“Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and important, although difficult, is the highroad to pride, self-esteem, and personal satisfaction.”

-Margaret Thatcher
What I think that this statement means is that you always do what is important not that you know it won’t get you anywhere. You will go through difficult through what you want to do you can’t go out without anybody or anything you being it good and easy as a piece of cake.
